Creating an Inclusive Workplace During Ramadan

With the end of Ramadan coming up, it is important to create an inclusive space for our Muslim co-workers and/or employees to celebrate Eid al-Fitr and observe the remaining days of the holy month with ease. Below is a brief handout briefly describing the month of Ramadan, how some Muslims observe the holidays, and what you can do to create a space for observance that helps practitioners keep a work/personal life balance.
